Terms of Use

1. Who These Terms Are Between

HireHub WorkTime ("the App") is operated by Ctrl Code Company, registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan ("we", "us"). By signing in to or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is intended for adults (18+) who have been given access by their employer. Your use of the App to record attendance is part of your employment arrangement with that employer, who is independent of us.

2. What the App Does

The App lets you record your work attendance — checking in and out, and taking breaks — using your phone's location and a live selfie that is matched against your enrolled face. Your employer's HR team can see the resulting attendance records. The App may also show you related information such as schedules, timesheets, pay information, points and rewards, and colleagues' names and working status within your company, as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Your Account

• You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time code. You are responsible for the phone number and device you use.
• Keep your device and codes private. Do not let anyone else check in or out for you.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You can delete your account at any time in the App (Settings → Delete account), or by email if you cannot use the App — see the account deletion page for the process and for what we keep.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• check in or out for another person, or let another person do so for you;
• falsify your location (for example with mock-location tools) or attempt to bypass the face check, including by presenting a photo, screen or recording of a face;
• probe, scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with the App or our systems, or attempt to access data that is not yours;
• use the App for anything unlawful or for any purpose other than recording your own attendance.

Attempts to defeat verification are recorded and reported to your employer and may have consequences under your employment arrangement.

5. Face Verification and Location

Attendance verification requires your consent to process your face data and your location, and the App asks for that consent before you enrol. In practice this means we store the reference photos you take at enrolment, the selfie from each check-in and check-out, and a face embedding derived from your reference photo, together with the GPS location of each punch. You can withdraw your consent to face verification at any time in the App (Settings → Withdraw face-verification consent), and your consent to location at any time by emailing privacy@hirehubgroup.uz (there is no button in the App for withdrawing location consent; deleting your account also records your consent as withdrawn). Both consents are required to record attendance, so after you withdraw, check-ins are refused until you consent again and re-enrol. How this data is collected, used, shared and kept — including that your employer's HR administrators can view the selfies from flagged check-ins and check-outs and your current reference photo, that check-in and check-out selfies are deleted automatically 90 days after they are taken, and that face data is deleted immediately when you delete your account in the App or when we process a verified request by email — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Your Employer

Your employer decides who may use the App in its organisation, what attendance rules and work locations apply, and how attendance records are used for payroll and HR. We provide the platform; we do not make employment decisions. Disputes about attendance records, pay or discipline are between you and your employer.

7. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these Terms. Updated Terms are published on this page with a new effective date, and where a change affects how we process your face data we will ask for your consent again if the law requires it. Continuing to use the App after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its software, design and trademarks belong to Ctrl Code Company or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You keep ownership of your own data; you allow us to process it as described in the Privacy Policy so that the App can work.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Face and location verification are probabilistic and can produce errors; verification results are inputs to your employer's processes and can be reviewed by your employer. To the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for it (which, for an employee using the App through an employer, is nil). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time in the App (or by email if you cannot use the App). We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if your employer removes your access, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 8, 9 and 11) will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer or employee rights you have under the law that applies to you.
